Where do I actually bring my drone?
Our bench is in Cumming (Forsyth County), by appointment — about an hour from most of the mountain towns, straight down GA-400. Or skip the drive entirely and mail it in.
My drone went into the lake — is it done for?
Not necessarily. The sooner it gets to a bench, the better the odds: pull the battery, don’t power it on, and get it to us fast. Water-damage diagnosis is free like everything else.
How long will I be without it?
Most common repairs are completed within days of quote approval, parts permitting. You get the expected timeline with your itemized quote.
