Josh and the team at Drone Hospital provided an exceptionally smooth experience from start to finish. They quickly assessed and repaired my drone, and the final cost actually came in lower than the original quote. I can’t recommend these guys enough. I was having issues with my drone and they went above and beyond to help me get it fixed and back up and running. Super knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and genuinely great people to work with.
What stood out most was that they actually cared about solving the problem instead of just trying to make a sale. They took the time to figure out what was wrong, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process incredibly easy. HIGHLY recommend

A 5 star review for a 5 star company! I had a couple of drones that I needed to get repaired so I went to the internet to try and find a place to help. I instantly found that there are lots of websites that you can click on but soon found that so many of them weren't as advertised. I was almost at the point of giving up when I clicked on the Drone Hospital- By Appointment. Within minutes, Zack and his team reached out to me to get the ball rolling. From the word go, they were honest and respectful of my time. Because I was local to them I was able to meet up with him and discus what options that I had available to me. Ultimately, we came to a solution that made the most sense and all my issues were solved. It can be very nerve-racking dealing with such a niche repair and can be difficult to find someone to trust. I am confident in saying that if you are needing a drone repair by a trustworthy company, stop your search and contact the drone hospital- by appointment. Such a fantastic experience!!
