DJI Mavic 3 Pro repair revolves around the most expensive assembly on any consumer DJI: the triple-camera Hasselblad gimbal with its wide, 3x and 7x cameras. It is also the most exposed part of the aircraft, so the question every Mavic 3 Pro owner asks after a tip-over is whether the whole thing has to be replaced. Usually it does not. Motor-overload warnings, a tilted horizon and gimbal twitching are most often a bent axis arm, a failed axis motor or a torn ribbon, all repairable without replacing the camera module. Around the gimbal, the Mavic 3 Pro’s front arms and landing gear snap in hard landings and the battery bay cracks when a heavy pack lands wrong. We tear down, test the cameras individually, and quote the exact parts in writing after a free diagnosis.

Repair or replace a DJI Mavic 3 Pro?
On a Mavic 3 Pro almost any repair short of a destroyed camera module is clearly worth doing, and even a module replacement is normally well under the cost of a new aircraft. We put both numbers on the written quote so the decision is yours with full information.
Specs that matter for repair
- DJI Mavic 3 Pro (2023) — professional, 958 g takeoff weight
- Camera: triple-camera Hasselblad gimbal (wide, 3x, 7x)
- Sensing: omnidirectional vision sensors
Mail it in or drop it off
- Mail-in from anywhere in the U.S. — request a quote, get your RMA number and shipping instructions, pack the aircraft with two inches of padding and the RMA number inside the box (packing checklist).
- Batteries: ship at or below 30% charge, ground only, no more than two spares, never a swollen or damaged pack — see the battery shipping guide.
- Local drop-off by appointment in Cumming, GA (north metro Atlanta) — see drop-off details.
Common questions
One of the three Mavic 3 Pro cameras is blurry after a crash. Can it be fixed alone?
The three cameras share one module, so a damaged lens usually means a module replacement; a misaligned gimbal, however, can also look like blur and is a far smaller repair. We test both before quoting.
Does the free diagnosis cover the full triple-camera gimbal teardown?
Yes. We inspect every axis, motor and ribbon and test each camera, then send one itemized quote. Nothing is repaired until you approve it.
How should I pack a Mavic 3 Pro for mail-in repair?
In its hard case or a box with two inches of padding on every side, gimbal cover on if it still fits, batteries at 30 percent or less by ground, RMA number inside the box.
